The Business Review diagnoses and prioritises. Implementation is separate unless specifically agreed.
The standard prices apply to businesses with up to ten employees. We confirm scope and price for larger teams.
There is no obligation to continue into another Simple Ops service.

No. We want to understand normal work. Existing examples and straightforward conversations are usually more useful.
No. The review is designed for situations where the symptoms are visible but the cause or priority is unclear.
