Who owns the domain name?
In most cases there is no need to transfer ownership to Simple Ops. You can give us managed access, or we can provide instructions so you can make the required changes yourself.
We recommend transferring domain ownership only where there is a compelling reason, such as a genuine cost saving for you.
Who owns the website?
Simple Ops retains ownership of the website and its assets until the agreed website price has been paid in full.
After payment, the website is yours to keep, move, modify or have managed by someone else.
